We use no analytics, tracking or advertising tools and do not profile visitors. We only receive personal data when you write to us through the contact form: your name, email address, company or website (optional) and the content of your message. Like any website, our hosting provider briefly keeps technical server logs (IP address, time, requested page) for security purposes.

We use form data only to answer your enquiry and, if you wish, to continue working together (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) and (f)). We do not use it for marketing, sell it or pass it on to others.

Your message reaches us by email. Only our website hosting and email service providers process the data on our behalf — they may not use it for their own purposes.

We keep enquiries for no longer than 12 months after our last correspondence, unless we start working together.

You have the right to access, correct or delete your data, and to restrict or object to its processing. Write to us at office@maxpharma.lt. You may also lodge a complaint with the State Data Protection Inspectorate of Lithuania (vdai.lrv.lt).

We use a single essential session cookie (PHPSESSID) that protects the contact form from abuse and is deleted when you close your browser. Your chosen language, light or dark mode, and the fact that you have seen the cookie notice are remembered by your browser’s local storage — this stays on your device and is never sent to us. We use no analytics, advertising or third-party cookies; fonts and all other files are served from our own server.
